Trainee Producer

Raze Collective are looking for a trainee producer to join our small team.  This job role is aimed at people who would like to move into or take a step up into creative producing. 

 

The position is funded through our cultural recovery fund with the aim to widen the representation of Queer Black and People of colour working with theatre and arts producing in London.

 

We are looking to find an aspiring producer from an under-represented background to support Raze Collectives pledge to championing QTIBPOC Excellence in performance and performance administration. 

 

The trainee producer will work alongside Cassie Leon to deliver several projects over the summer period both live and digitally and take part in development opportunities, training courses and networking events. 

 

The role will be based at Raze Collectives office in East London, Haggerston (remote working until restrictions change). The role will be supported by Raze Collectives Elevate program (ACE supported)  through regular meetings and events to meet other producers and deepen their understanding of the industry. 

 

initial time commitment 1 day per week for 6 months, with potential to increase over time. 

Day rate of £100/day plus training and development budget
