We are looking for an individual/s who share our values of championing LGBTQIA+ performance making and will advocate for those historically underrepresented within the queer sector, particularly QTIBIPOC and disabled artists, and who is committed to embedding structures of care, collectivism, equity and disability justice across all of Raze Collective’s operations.

The offer:

This is a fixed-term freelance role due to current funding limitations with a proposed timeframe of 20 weeks (4-months) on a 2 days a week basis (alternative distributions of this time are welcomed).

Fees:

£8,000 for 40 days @ £200 per day.

At Raze Collective we have a flat pay scale, where all staff are paid at the same daily rate.

• An expression of interest (500 - 750 words). Please describe how you meet the Job Description & highlight relevant experience.

• Provide a brief outline of your priorities for this Interim term and what strategies you intend to use to achieve them (250 words).
